At Beko Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your home appliances are back in working order as quickly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and uninstalled part within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Compatibility

  Ensure the part has not been installed and is in its original packaging, including all labels and protective materials.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and part serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Package Your Part

  Securely pack the item in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA form included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back using a carrier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number to expedite your refund process.
